How to make PDF file with coloured background

install primoPDF a freeware
now in MS word do all the editing / colors u want to put

now print select primoPDF , select the quality

here u are with the exact copy



OR


Open the file u want to make PDF (Colour it as u want)
Click File > then click Print( one print box will open) > then click options >then finally tick the Print background colours and images > then click OK > click OK
The Pdf will be created and you will be asked the location where you want to save it.
